El 1 de marzo de 2021 comenc\u00e9 mi aventura en Diving Atlantis. Como estudiante de turismo, tuve que hacer una pasant\u00eda de 12 semanas en una infraestructura tur\u00edstica. Eleg\u00ed hacerla aqu\u00ed, en Tenerife, en un centro de buceo. \u00c9ramos tres practicantes, todos estudiantes de turismo. Desde nuestro primer d\u00eda, el jefe nos explic\u00f3 detalladamente su negocio y todo el equipo nos mostr\u00f3 c\u00f3mo llevar a cabo las tareas que se nos iban a asignar. Se tomaron el tiempo para hacernos sentir c\u00f3modos para que nos sinti\u00e9ramos integrados y c\u00f3modos con las diversas tareas asignadas. Diving Atlantis es un lugar donde los miembros del equipo se hacen amigos, solo bastaron unos d\u00edas para que nos sinti\u00e9ramos como peces en el agua. En cuanto al buceo, solo uno de nosotros ya ten\u00eda Open Water Diver<\/em><\/strong><\/a> (Open Water is the first PADI certification). But in addition to acquiring skills for our studies at the level of the practice of different languages, managing customers and reservations, etc … we were also offered to learn and acquire PADI certifications, up to Dive Master with the instructors of Diving Atlantis, who are very competent, experienced and of exemplary interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, Diving Atlantis no es solo un centro de buceo. Tambi\u00e9n es posible realizar excursiones como gu\u00eda de kayak<\/em><\/strong><\/a> para conocer delfines y tortugas.<\/em><\/strong><\/a> Each member of the team should be able to perform these tasks. To do this, training has been put in place to become a kayak guide, which was an additional opportunity for us. As for everyday life, the days are quite busy. We open the dive center at 09:45. A typical day, if we stay at the center, is going to be welcoming customers and handling the cash register, preparing the clients, cleaning the equipment. If we have free time, we can also go diving in front of the dive center which is our main spot the \u201cRays bay\u201d, where an incredible variety of marine life lives and makes it one of the most beautiful dive sites of Tenerife. Some days we also go to other spots to discover the variety of wonderful aquatic world of Tenerife. All good things come to an end, our internship ended in mid-May, after 3 months with the Diving Atlantis team. It was an unforgettable experience, which allowed us to learn a lot and make great encounters. I can’t recommend this adventure enough!<\/p>\n
