Next, you head to the heart of La Gomera, the National Park of Garajonay. You stroll through the enchanting laurel forest, which with its whimsical curly branches immerses you in the atmosphere of a fantasy film. After learning the history of the aborigines of La Gomera from your guide, you will have a traditional lunch where locals will demonstrate their unique Gomeran whistled language, also known as Silbo Gomero.

Days of the week
First, choose if you need to be picked up in the South (Mon-Sat) or Puerto de la Cruz (Wed, Thu, Sat), then select the number of adults, kids (2-11 years) and infants (0-1 year) and finally the date of the trip.
How the day goes
Pickup is around 8:00: in the south of Tenerife from La Caleta to Los Cristianos, in the north in Puerto de la Cruz. Then you take the ferry to La Gomera, the greenest of the Canary Islands. The crossing takes about 30 minutes.
The first stop is San Sebastián, the capital of the island. You visit its historic centre and the House of Columbus: more than 500 years ago Columbus made a stop here on his way to the eastern coasts of Asia.
Next, the route heads to the heart of the island, Garajonay National Park. You stroll through the laurel forest with its whimsical curly branches and see the valleys and landscapes of La Gomera. Along the way your guide tells you the history of the aborigines of the island.
After that comes a traditional lunch, where locals demonstrate Silbo Gomero, the unique whistled language of La Gomera.
Duration and what is included
The trip takes about 10 hours. The price includes:

Prices and days
From the south the trip runs Monday to Saturday, from Puerto de la Cruz on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Adult 110 €, child (2–11 years) 80 €, infant (0–1 year) 20 €. The tour in Polish runs on Monday and Friday: adult 130 €, child (3–12 years) 85 €, infant (0–2 years) 15 €.
What to bring
Your ID is obligatory for the ferry, so do not forget it.
