La Palma

Description

Spectacular excursion to discover the greenest island of the Canaries and the lava flows that appeared by the volcanoes' eruptions in 2021.

A 2.5-hour trip on a ferry boat brings us to the capital of La Palma, where we enjoy traditional Canarian architecture with its gracious wooden balconies and learn the history of the Columbus trip to America that started from La Palma. You will see El Barco de la Virgen, a reproduction of the Columbus' ship Santa Maria.

After the visit to the capital, we head to the inner part of the island to explore volcanoes. The unpredictable force of nature drastically changed the island's landscape and there you can witness it with your own eyes. Then we stop at a traditional Canarian restaurant for lunch.

Our last stop is viewpoints of Tajuya, Tazacorte and Concepción where you can once again safely observe volcanoes, and then we head to the port and finish the day full of great emotions by the boat trip back to Tenerife.

La Palma
An island that strikes with the contrast of its landcsapes, from the greenest ancient forests to lava flows formed anciently in the National Park of the Caldera de Taburiente and of recent volcanic activity in 2021. Being as well one of the departure points of Columbus for his voyages to the Americas, La Palma is not only of natural, but also of historical interest.

First, choose the number of adults, kids (4-11 years) and infants (0-3 years) and then select the date of the trip.
